JeffCo Human Services caught in lies?

You will be shocked.
It makes you wonder, what makes leadership or those in positions of trust, get to that point that lying is the way the county does business. We have spent years trying to help the department come clean about many things.
Often the local government is given the benefit of the doubt. We all have been conditoned to think good and the best about the local government especially Social services. I mean think about it. The very name gives the illusion servants of society.
This often is far from it. They should be helping those that need it,backing off those who don't and be about the work of the people.

What happens is this becomes stepping stones for either personal recognition,insecurity,busy work or funding.
Is there any consequence? When a person stands up for their rights sometimes they are punished. The county can make  then very aware, "it's OUR way no matter what you think or believe".

How does this change?

Does this not reflect on the people of Jefferson County!

Is this not done in their name?

Rights have been violated, Laws not being made known,signatures FORGED and things fraudulently being presented as truth. What are the people going to do?
Elected officials are made aware? Nothing changes.

The truth is now being put out there and its been a long time coming.

So much money is spent on personal vendetta's and peope trusting in the way they have designed well manipulated the system.

Its a good way to create busy work and appear to really about the people.

You will see exactly what has been going on.
There is NO room for "he said she said" The evidence is in black and white,even in color.

Would you believe anything that comes out of Jefferson County Department of Human Services mouth?
We learned a long time ago not to.
All this is done in the name of the people of Jefferson County or people in the state of colorado

 The Citizens Review panel (CRP) is group of people from the community who can deal with the ethics and behaviors of case workers when it comes to Dependency and Neglect cases. This statute is found in the Colorado Revised Statutes  19-3-211. Conflict resolution process
   Jeffco Human Services was not making people aware of this process. The law was passed in 1998.  The law governing this and rights were discovered in the latter part of December.
 I have numerous letters from the director, countless contact with the case worker (Cheryl Hyink), her Supervisor Tim Young, his supervisor Susan Franklin, whom neither of them made mention of the CRP. I wonder why?

 Jefferson County was keeping this process internal, so people would think that this was the only way to resolve the unethical unprofessionalretaliatory things that can/do go on was to speak with Jefferson County Human Services.  This would be a good way to keep their will and beliefs, this would be a perfect way to people to do their treatment plans fitting or not.
